VenueOur venue is New Hall, Cambridge, one of the younger colleges of the university, slightly removed from the hubbub of the city centre. New Hall has long been the venue of choice for BRScons, hosting Baroquon, Rocococon, Conjuration, and Consternation, among others, and we've established a good working relationship with New Hall over the years. We will be able to offer a range of rooms in the college at very reasonable prices; single rooms sharing bathrooms will cost £40.50 per night, with breakfast; twin and en-suite rooms will also be available. Accommodation booking forms will be sent out to all members around Easter 2007. We will require a deposit with your booking. New Hall has good on-site parking, its own bar, and a variety of meeting rooms suitable for sf and gaming panels, Live Action Role Playing, tabletop gaming, dealers, filking and organised convention events.
